Valley Branding is Thomas and Beatrice, partners in life and in work.
Thomas is a systemic coach and designer. Beatrice is a brand builder.
Our fields overlap more than our titles suggest, and that's where our work gets its depth: we see both what a business shows the world and what drives it underneath.
We're Dutch, and we work from a valley in rural northern Portugal, with clients all over the world.
Thomas - Liberates what holds your business back
Thomas works with what most businesses never look at: the patterns underneath.
Through systemic coaching, family and business constellations, and body-based work, he helps founders see the unconscious dynamics that limit their impact and the potential of their company, and let them go.
He reads a room quickly, often senses tension before it's spoken, and brings a light touch of humor to serious work.
He's also a highly creative designer, art director, and artist, creating visual identities and UX.
Beatrice - Brand Expander
Beatrice has spent her career inside brands, as a strategist, designer, art director, interior designer, and creative partner.
She has named businesses, shaped collections, directed campaigns, and designed spaces for international brands as well as independent designers and artists.
She filters the noise from the essence and translates your truth into a brand that represents your strength and helps the right people find you.
She works fast, goes deep, and picks up quickly on what's going on beneath the surface.
Beatrice trusts her intuition from the first conversation to the final detail.
Together with Thomas, she shapes the brands that grow out of the foundation work.
Why the two of us
Most agencies start with the brand.
We start with the founder, because a business can only grow as far as the person leading it.
We clear what's in the way, and give what's left a voice, a face, and a place in the market. Neither of us invents anything. We find what's already there and help it take its full space.
